iTunes’ Music Library is like a master list of your digital media. To view the Music Library, select the Music entry in the left-hand column of the iTunes player. From here, you can browse the music you have collected, find a song, add or remove songs, and watch video.
The Music Library keeps track of all your audio files.
If you delete a playlist or folder, the songs in the playlist or folder remain in your library and on your computer. If you delete a folder, all the playlists and folders inside that folder are deleted. See Intro to playlists. If you subscribe to Apple Music or iTunes Match, songs you delete from your iTunes library are still available from. Mixxx allows you to perform live DJ mixes with your digital music collection. It helps you rock the party with MIDI controllers, vinyl turntables, or even just your keyboard. Mixxx is used by professional DJs and bedroom DJs alike. It is designed by an international team of volunteer DJs who want to bring the joy of DJing to everyone.
iTunes can display your Music Library in three ways. By default, the application uses the list view, where each song is one entry. Click the second View button (at the top of the iTunes window) to group tracks together by album artwork in grid view. Click the third View button, and you’re browsing by album cover in cover flow view, complete with reflective surface!
